How
the Rates Work
The three Bands reflect the seasonal variations and are arranged
from the first day of arrival to the final departure date
of the band. The rates include gas, electricity, central heating
and VAT at 17.5%. The management reserve the right to change
these rates without notice. Click here for a Week
Chart showing every Saturday in the year and it's
corresponding date band.
Discounts
Ministers of Religion (including active and retired Salvation
Army officers), Senior Citizens and Salvation Army employees
are elligable for a discounted tariff on request.
Deposit
& Payment
A deposit of £50 per week is required at the time of
booking and is non-returnable in the event of cancellation.
A booking is not confirmed until a deposit has been recieved.
Full payment must be made 6 weeks prior or at the time of
booking if later. Please make sure you are aware of our booking
terms and cancellation policy before you confirm a reservation.
Method
of Payment
Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Delta.
A valid cheque card number must support payments by cheque.
Cancellation
Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing, allowing sufficient
time for us to re-let the accommodation. Every effort will
be made to ensure no further charge other than the above deposit
is incurred. If we are unable to re-let any of the cancelled
nights, we reserve the right to charge for loss of revenue
as per our cancellation fee as follows:-
4 - 6 weeks notice 45% of total cost
1 - 3 weeks notice 70% of total cost
less than 1 week 100% of total cost

and Departure Times
Earliest Arrival Time: 16.00 (4 pm)
Latest Departure Time: 11.00 (11 am) or 10.00 (10am) if you
book the cleaning service.
Family
Atmosphere
Hulham is a non-smoking and alcohol free house, and as such,
we hope to promote a healthy and relaxed family atmosphere.
Pets are regrettably not permitted.
Collection
of Keys
After we have received your final balance payment, our reservations
team will then email or write a confirmation letter to you,
in which the key collection process will be outlined.
Information
Folder
The house contains an information folder with instructions
on how to use the electrical equipment, emergency procedures
and suggestions of things to do during your stay.
What
to Bring - Bedding & Towels
Please bring your own bathroom towels. The centre provides
- tea towels, sheets, duvets and duvet covers, pillows and
pillow cases. Beds will be be made up before your arrival
(with the exception of sofabeds, folderbeds, cots and pullout
beds). While the nearest shop is not far away, it is a good
idea to make sure you bring sufficient provisions for the
first couple of days.
Cleaning
We require guests to leave the house clean and ready for the
next occupants. Cleaning materials and a Cleaning Checklist
are provided. It is possible to arrange for a local cleaning
service to clean the flat after departure at an additional
charge of £35.00. Please stipulate at the booking stage.
